There are many reasons to begin a workout program for yourself, family, team or clients… The primary reason for everyone knowing or not should be health and fitness. Many health issues comes from inactivity, name a few of them.

Many people will tell you that you need to stay in the gym, work out for many hours to get the job done… Which in the beginning would be easy to do considering although it is known doing anything in life if you do to much to soon you will be not last long doing so for whatever reason. Being able to have clients or yourself get the results they want spring from a few very important key points that is needed to be covered before making a power lifter do a marathon runners training, vise verse or someone who is merely looking to stay active into doing crazy amounts hazardous exercises that someone who is training for the Olympics would do during their warm ups… Basically you should cater the training to your needs first, your desired wants second and the time needed to get there 3rd.

Give you 4 examples of clients what do you think should there training consist of on a regular basis

A)Mister and Misses Sam come in your program with the intentions of just working out to lose weight and health and fitness. The husband does not realize that he needs to work out for the sack of being independent in his older years with less health issues… Although his wife understands the need of having a training program for healthier living. How can a trainer or what/how can you incorporate a training program that suites both of their needs while training them in the same 45 minutes or hour of training the need to get the health/fitness aspect of their training program?

B)A older lady Ms.Stevens is looking to just stay active in her older age who is around the age 67, she is looking to just stay active and be able to stay independent in her later life. She is not looking to train hard but looking to be active. What is the type of program that this client or person use to get to where she wants?

C)2 Women in their mid 20’s who are not completely out of shape but not in their best shape with around 37% body fat looking to get to 20% body fat don’t know how or when they want to get their are looking for a training program to help them get their and stay there. What would be the best training program to help them get to the next level?

D)A older male who has lost his significant other not to long ago from diabetes and was told by her before he left he needs to make a change in his life seeks help to begin a new lifestyle. He has tried training by himself and found he has the motivation but not the willpower to get it done. In order for him to get their he is looking for a training program to help teach him how to workout and why. What training program would you recommend him and why?

 

These are the senarios Education and Training Fitness is here for, to help trainers find these clients in the local area to help train in a personal, group or via online communication depending on their clients needs.
