Honestly their is very little need to be hercules or fast as the flash… The true purpose of weight lifting to create stronger muscles, strong bones and a healthy ability to use your torso and core muscles. The older we get the easier it is to fall and break a hip or dislocate a bone here or their. In order to be in great condition at the age of 75 requires some kind of displine that moves beyond trophies, money or pure vanity. It’s not about lifting the most, not about those countless hours of putting in work, not about the diet you incorpated into your workout regimine… It’s about being able to master your body, connecting your mind and being one with your spirit.

Write down your personal goals
Find a good diet (Find out what you are putting in your body by reading labels, figuring out if your are eating silcone or some chemicle thats killing you)
Find a gym near you (recommend spending 45 minutes minimum to 75 minutes of weights max a visit for health reasons 2-4 times a week)
Learn how to stretch properily
learn to exercise correctly
Write down your progression as you grow on your mission
